Carolyn was born and raised in High Springs, Florida. She is the seventh (7th) child of Elder James & Mother Cora Williams and the wife of Pastor Jackie Reynolds, Sr. They have four (4) Children: Dawn (Simon), Sabrina (Casey), Jackie, Jr. (ReShanda), and Jermaine. We also have four (4) grandchildren: Nathaniel, Deonta, Simone, and Ja’Ree..
Working with her husband in serving God’s people in Newberry, Bronson, and now New Beginnings has been both fulfilling and spiritual enlightening. She worked in several ministries at each location, to include: Adult Sunday School Teacher, High School Teacher, Home Mission President, Usher Board President, Program Chairperson, Secretary, Youth Leader, and many others.
Carolyn also enjoy working with computers and have constructed and designed numerous tasks for the National, Gainesville District, and her local Church. She currently serves as secretary for both the National Pastor and Minister Wives Association, and the Gainesville District P/M Wives Ministry. She has organized and coordinated the COGBF Annual Pastor and Minister Wives Retreat since it initiated in 1997. She is the current web master for New Beginnings and Gainesville District Web sites. After 25 years with the University of Florida she retired from her position of Administrative Assistant in September of 2001.
Her most fulfilling moments have come from watching her children blossom into adults, and from working with her husband in serving God's people.
